Dealvibez provides professional online services in the areas of packaging and promotional design. Services are delivered remotely and may include consultation, concept development, design production, revisions, and delivery of final design assets. The specific scope of services is defined in individual service agreements or order confirmations.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Registration
Certain features of our services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@dealvibez.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Dealvibez will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to Dealvibez.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the services only in a manner consistent with their intended purpose.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

6.2 Client Deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment for a completed project, intellectual property rights in the final design deliverables will transfer to you as agreed in the applicable service agreement. Dealvibez retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3 Feedback and Submissions
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding our services, you grant Dealvibez a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such input for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
7. Payments and Billing
7.1 Fees
Fees for services are set out in individual proposals or service agreements. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of the services.
7.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due in accordance with the terms specified in the relevant service agreement or invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services and the accrual of late payment charges as specified in the agreement.
7.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement. We do not guarantee refunds for work already commenced or delivered.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of the service relationship. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. Dealvibez takes the privacy and confidentiality of client briefs and project details seriously.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools and platforms. Dealvibez does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
11. Disclaimers
11.1 No Warranty

12. Limitation of Liability

16. Governing Terms
